POLÍTICAS DEL POLVO (DUST POLITICS)
April 28- July 15, 2016
Lets explore the interpretations and evident references of the monument; authoritarian, imposing, iconoclastic, spectacular, glorification of heroes and values from the past, the anti-monument, vandalism, architecture, graffiti, narco-banners, publicity, construction of history, narrative, the opposite of culture?, oppression?, current attention to the object?

This first file, is generated from a collective dynamic and invites the community to add thoughts and content as a note or using the hashtag #archivopdp. Through this investigation, we aim to detonate questions about the production and management of monuments, the implications of these as urban and historical landmarks, as official or significant democratic demonstrations, and the public space as a meeting point.
